After two years of the Covid-19 pandemic, Norwalk is all set to celebrate its independence day with a firework celebration. After two years, the country hosted its Independence Day celebration on July 3, Sunday, at Calf Pasture Beach. There were no celebrations in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID, so people were most excited to celebrate Independence Day with fireworks, events, and other activities.
The event was scheduled for July 5, starting at 7:30 pm with live band Darik, the funbags, and DJ Vinnie Campisi.
Complain about Norwalk Fireworks 2022
Since the Independence firework, there has been a rise in complaints before the COVID-19 pandemic. These complaints include car crashes and injuries due to fireworks are the main reason of complaint. Further, Dr. Justin Cahill of the Bridgeport Hospital stated a massive patient rise after the Independence Day celebration.
However, 12 trauma hubs united last year to run a “Not One More campaign.” This campaign aims to make an online pledge for Connecticut drivers that they would not drive after consuming drugs or alcohol.
