Jeep Wagoneer Pricing Announced {Aug 2021} Know More Here!

Jeep Wagoneer Pricing Announced {Aug 2021} Know More Here! >> If you look closely, even the most jaded, world-weary, been-there-driven-that, automotive journalists get something close to misty when chatting about the return of a marque as storied and beloved as the Jeep Wagoneer. After a 30-year hiatus, the archetypal sport-utility vehicle is back, and poised to make waves. Now that Jeep Wagoneer pricing has been announced, let’s take a look at what you get.

Table of Contents

How Much?

That’s the place to begin, right? The starting price for the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer is $59,995 – some 30 large less than the sticker on its more monied first cousin, the Grand Wagoneer, which is also new for this year. That’s for the entry-level Series I trim. You’ll shell out $74,995 for Series III, the top trim level. And in the middle, you’ve got Series II, which will set you back $69,995.

Okay, How Many Models?

For now, there will be seven pre-configured models. Depending on the chosen Series, your choices will include rear- or four-wheel drive. The former is standard; the latter has three different systems.

If you’re seriously into off-roading, or at least desire the capability, air suspension is also in the offing. That system can provide an extra 3.6 inches of ground clearance. You can also get a drive-mode selector system for different terrains.

What’s the Engine Like?

Each one of these bad boys is propelled by a 5.7-liter V-8 powerplant that produces 392 brawny horses and 404 pound-feet of torque, helped by a 48-volt hybrid system. The engine is mated to an eight-speed transmission, with an optional two-speed transfer case and electronic limited-slip rear differential. Oh, and you get 10,000 pounds of towing capacity, should you need it.

And the Interior?

Jeep Wagoneer is a large, family ride. As such, you’ve got a high-end, airy three-row cabin that can seat eight. That is, unless you go for captain’s chairs in the second row, which lowers seating to seven.

Fit and finish? Right there. Bells and whistles? Galore. There is also three-zone auto climate control, 12-way power-adjustable seats, and ambient interior lighting. The interior isn’t as sumptuous as the Grand Wagoneer, but it more than holds its own.

What About Entertainment?

If screens are your jam, the Jeep Wagoneer has you covered (nearly literally). You’ve got a 10.1-inch infotainment display in the middle, plus a 10.3-inch screen for driver info. A 10.3-inch unit is available for the front-seat passenger, who can use it to access navigation and entertainment doings.

With the Uconnect 5 software system, you’ve got access to a panoply of features such as Android Auto, Wi-Fi hotspot, Apple CarPlay, integrated navigation, SiriusXM, and Alexa and Amazon FireTV.

Anything for Audiophiles?

You’re in luck, especially if you go with Series III. That’ll get you a primo McIntosh stereo system and 19 speakers.

Is the Ride Safe?

Drivers get a host of features that help them get where they’re heading safely. Those include automated emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, lane-departure warning with lane-keeping assist, and adaptive cruise control and blind-spot monitoring.

And Warranty Coverage?

Any model you choose comes with three years of free maintenance, so, no worries in that department. The powertrain is also covered for five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Now that pricing’s been announced on the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer, you can decide which model and trim level suits you best. This is one of the most exciting automotive launches we’ve had in recent years, and if you’re in need of a versatile and high-end family hauler, this may be the ride for you.
